{M&A Process/9} Going to market

Continuing this series on the M&A process, we turn to the most exciting stage - after the first 8 steps, it's finally time to go live

With the buyer list in hand and cleared by the client, it’s time to go live with the process:

▶ We initiate contact with potential purchasers using the teaser to generate interest and get buyers under NDA.

▶ Once under NDA, we send buyer the marketing book or CIM, following up to gauge interest and answer questions, and then set expectations for timing and next steps

Soon, we'll discuss weighing the pros and cons of different buyers.
