Kevin brings a strategic focus to helping companies navigate the complex merger and acquisition process. With a background that includes roles in M&A, business valuation, wealth management firm, a business valuation firm, and another M&A firm, he offers a well-rounded perspective in finance.

Kevin holds the FMVA designation from the Corporate Finance Institute. He graduated from California State University-San Bernardino with a degree in finance, and is currently a masters candidate in finance. Kevin is also a CFA Level 1 candidate

Kevin’s approach centers on a commitment to client success, viewing each project from a strategic angle to ensure his clients come out ahead. Outside of work, he has a keen interest in exotic pets and the philosophy of economic thought.
